Mid-Shore Council on Family Violence
Provides emergency housing, opening outreach offices, 24-hour hotline, emotional support, advocacy, support groups, crisis counseling, agency accompaniment to court, legal representation, crisis response to hospitals, information and referrals, Abuser Intervention Program, and programs for children from homes of domestic violence. Community Mediation Upper Shore
Provides conflict resolution services through mediation throughout Queen Anne’s, Kent and Cecil Counties in Maryland. (410) 810-9188.
Mid-Shore Community Mediation

Peoples Law Library
A legal self help website. One stop access to MD legal resources for low and moderate income people. Offers forms, find a lawyer and legal aid office information. Provides clear explanations of many legal topics.
Legal Aid Bureau

Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service

Delaware Volunteer Lawyers Service

Anne Arundel County Family Law Clinic
Provides assistance with family law cases in Anne Arundel County. The Helpline operates at (800) 818-9888 Tuesday and Friday 9:00 am - 12:30 pm, Wednesday 9:00 am - 12:30 pm and 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm, and Thursday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. A Spanish-speaking attorney is available by calling (877) 293-2507.
Wicomico County Family Services
Offers pre-trial interventions and implementation of court-ordered services for each party involved in a domestic dispute. 410.334.3127. They also offer a Pro Se Family Law Clinic every Monday from 9am - Noon.
Talbot County Dept of Social Services
Provides assistance with Adoption Services, Adult Protective Services, Child Care, Child Support Enforcement, Family Support, Food Stamps, Foster Care, In-Home Aide,  Medical Assistance and Temporary Cash Assistance. (410) 770-4848
World Relief Immigration Services
Offers legal support, job training and English classes to immigrants. In Baltimore, a Legal Services clinic reaches out to thousands of clients each year—helping them fill out paperwork, joining them at hearings and ensuring they understand their rights and responsibilities. (443) 451-1900
Disability Rights Maryland 
Provides free legal services to Marylanders of any age with all types of disabilities (developmental, intellectual, learning, psychiatric, physical, sensory, traumatic brain injury), who live in facilities, in the community or who are homeless. Partners In Care
Provides support services to permit older adults to remain independent in their own homes, and building and community using the concept of time-exchange. Services to seniors including carpooling. (410) 822-1803.
